I'm Katie
I’m a mum of two girls and have been behind the camera since 2021.
I’m pretty laid-back when it comes to photos. Kids can be kids, no one needs to know what to do with their hands, and I promise I’m not going to make you stand there smiling at me for an hour.
I’m based in Matamata and photograph families across Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.

We have had 3 family sessions with Katie, 2 beach sessions + one in-home & she nails it every time. Katie is calm and so patient, making a chaotic beach session with 3 toddlers feel much less daunting! The sessions are a perfect mix of posed and candid shots & her photos are absolute magic! She’s great with kids and my eldest loves her so much that he still asks to visit “your friend Katie” even weeks after our shoot.
